Luis Alvarez has been with Coresential since 1997. Luis's territory includes Broward, Dade and Monroe Counties as well as the Caribbean Basin. Luis is fluent in Spanish and has lived in the South Florida area since the 1960's. He is very knowledgeable of the area, and has seen it evolve over the years to what is is today - a dynamic, vibrant and cosmopolitan area. Luis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Florida International University, is married and has one son. Luis enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family. Prior to joining Coresential Luis worked for People's Gas System for over nine years in various capacities.

| Lucas Carpenter |

Lucas joined Coresential's Commercial Outside Sales Team in July 2011 and is Coresential's contact covering the NE portion of Florida from Volusia to Nassau County.
Earning his International Baccalaureate Diploma, Lucas went on to complete his Bachelors of Business Administration at the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Coresential, Lucas was in outside sales at Club Car covering Central and Northern Florida. Lucas is committed to the highest level of service and believes that integrity and respect is key when developing long-term and successful business relationships.
Lucas enjoys all sports, the outdoors, and is dedicated to continual self improvement.

Teri joined Coresential in April 2009, bringing with her over 17 years lighting experience. As part of Coresential's Lighting Division, Teri serves as Coresential's lighting specialist in the south Florida market.

Billy Dorton

Billy Dorton joined GCA, now Coresential, in 2005 and has territorial responsibilities in Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Haven and Melbourne. Billy graduated from Florida State University in 1996 with a Bachelors Degree in Operations Management. He spent nine years learning the electrical distribution business while employed by Hughes Supply. Billy enjoys all sports and spending time with his wife and two children.

Frank Holley

Frank Holley, professional product specialist, sales executive along with being part of the energy lighting team has been with Coresential since 2009. Prior to Coresential Frank was with EMS with responsibility for Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Tallahassee and the South Florida Markets since 2003. Frank was in the electrical distributor business for 27 years before moving over to the EMS team representing manufacturers for the past 8 years. Frank has been designing and selling energy lighting systems since 2004 and has a passion for saving customers money on their lighting systems. Frank enjoys spending time golfing, boating, fishing and developing long term relationships with the customer. Frank has been married for 21 years to his wife Lynne and they have two daughters and one son.

Will Lesch |

Will Lesch has been with Coresential for ten years. His territory includes Lakeland, Tampa, and all areas on the west coast south to Naples. Will represents both Coresential's Electrical Division and the Energy and Lighting Division, where he was successful in conversion of all City of Tampa owned parking garages to energy saving ARRA compliant induction lighting. His resume also includes successful energy saving projects with Tampa International Airport and Hillsborough County Department of Corrections. Will, his wife Patricia, and stepson Michael live in Tampa and are active in their church. Will and Patricia also sit on the area board for New Tampa Younglife, a nationwide ministry that promotes Christian values in high schools and middle schools.

| Dr. Eleanor Marschke |

Dr. Eleanor Marschke, professional sales executive, has been with Coresential since 2008. Prior to Coresential Eleanor was employed at Thomas & Betts Corporation with responsibility for the Broward, West Palm Beach and Martin County Territory. Eleanor spent twenty-three years of her professional career with Thomas & Betts and in 2008 she completed her doctorate degree in Human Resource Management from the Wayne H. Huzigena Business School at Nova Southeastern University. Eleanor continues to publish articles on Sales Management and Spirituality in the Workplace and is currently working on a Specialization Degree on her Doctorate in Sales Management. Coresential has been an anchor in her career and she has gained knowledge of new market concepts by contributing to numerous manufactures sales numbers. Eleanor enjoys all sports, her family and her church Family Christian Center where she assists with outreach programs in the community involving women and children.

Garrett Morrison |

Garrett Morrison joined the sales team in April 2007 as an outside salesman. In 2009 Garrett began working with our Industrial sales team and concentrates on new business development with OEM's and specifications with Engineers in Central, Ft.Lauderdale, and Miami Florida Markets. Born in Mississippi, Garrett grew up in the greater Orlando area. Garrett attended the University of North Florida on a golf scholarship and now resides in Orlando with his wife Leslie and their two children. Garrett is an avid golfer and both Garrett and his wife are deeply involved with their church. Garrett is a 3-time qualifier for the USGA's Mid-Am Qualifier and was also Florida's Mid-Am Champion in 2008.

Paul Tynan, Professional Sales Executive, has been with Coresential since 2002. Coresential has provided a conduit for continued growth and experience marketing both electrical and lighting products. Prior to Coresential, Paul was employed with Wier Enterprises, a leading cargo control manufacturer in the transportation industry. As Sales Manager, Paul spent nine years building their brand through direct and distribution sales in the Southeast. Specializing in marketing, Paul attended the University of South Florida and was a scholarship member of the Bulls golf team from 1988 to 1992. Afterwards, Paul spent two years as a caddie on the PGA Tour. He continues to share his passion for golf as Chairman and Co-Founder of the MS Cure Classic, a charity golf tournament raising money for research into the cause and hopefully one day a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. Paul enjoys all sports and when not at work, can often be found fishing offshore.
